1. Mission

The master study program ,,Sustainable Technologies for Field Crops”, aims at completing the students’ instruction by creating realistic bench-marks for the application and interpretation of theoretical and practical information acquiered during their Bachelor studies.

2. Objectives

This program features the following general objectives:

• In depth study and multidisciplinary integration of concepts, methodologies and technologies of the agricultural field, as well as other fields, with the principles of sustainable agriculture.
• Complex analysis of factors involved in obtaining agricultural production through sustainable technologies for field crops.
• Designing sustainable technologies for field crops in accordance with the legislation in force.
• Identifying methodologies to monitor crop quantitative and qualitative determination indices, which have an impact on processing units in the agricultural sector.
• Perfecting reasearch and professional communication abilities in various professional environments and offering speciality counselling/aid.

The programm mission consists of forming specialists in the field of agriculture, able to identify, apply and develop crop technologies, in accordance with sustainable crop technology principles and the application of modern research methodologies in the field for the identification of new development directions in sustainable agriculture.
