ADMISSION OF FOREIGN STUDENTS
Organization of admission - session 2022
CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION TO BACHELOR STUDIES:
The selection of candidates will be based on the overall admission average.
The overall admission average is calculated as follows:
- 80% average of the baccalaureate exam
- 20% arithmetic average of high school degrees
To register for admission to the university, candidates / empowered representatives will submit the following documents:
A) in original and photocopies for certification "according to the original" at the time of enrolment;
- baccalaureate diploma and academic transcript of records (or equivalent)
- birth certificate;
- documents attesting change of name, if applicable (marriage certificate, court sentences, etc.)
- for candidates who are already students or higher education graduates: baccalaureate diploma and academic transcript of records or equivalent documents, respectively bachelor's diploma or graduation certificate from faculty, for those who register for attending a second study program;
B) other documents
- for the candidates who are already students: a certificate proving the student status,
- medical certificate stating that the person registering for admission is able to work in the field to which he / she is applying
- copy of the identity card;
- 3 colour photos ¾ cm;
- registration fees receipt; please check Registration fees;
- for children of teaching and auxiliary teaching staff in activity (working in undergraduate education and higher education) a certificate stamped by the Schools Inspectorate and supporting documents for orphan children or retired didactic and auxiliary staff (for exemption from the registration fee);
- for children of hired or retired personnel of U.S.A.M.V.B. Timisoara and its employees, a certificate issued by the Human Resources Department for exemption from the registration fee;
- application form;
- envelope folder.
CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION MASTER STUDIES:
The selection of candidates will be based on the overall admission average.
The overall admission average is calculated with two decimals without rounding, as follows:
- 40 % arithmetic average of bachelor studies degrees
- 30% the diploma / bachelor exam's average
- 30% the grade obtained in the oral exam (interview based on a list of topics approved by the Council of the faculty which organizes the master's degree studies).
To register for admission, candidates / empowered representatives will submit the following documents:
A) in original and photocopies for certification "according to the original" at the time of registration;
- diplomas of baccalaureate’s and bachelor's degree (or equivalent);
- academic transcript of records / diploma supplement of high school and bachelor studies;
- documents attesting change of name, if applicable (marriage certificate, court sentences, etc.);
- for master students / master study graduates who are registering for the second master program, documents certifying the previous master type (budget / paid tuition);
- birth certificate;
B) other documents
- a medical certificate stating that the person registering for admission is able to work in the field to which he / she is applying
- copy of the identity card;
- 3 colour photographs ¾ cm;

- for children of teaching and auxiliary teaching staff in activity (undergraduate education and higher education) a certificate stamped by the Schools Inspectorate and supporting documents for orphan children or retired didactic and auxiliary staff (for exemption from the registration fee);
- for children of hired or retired personnel of U.S.A.M.V.B. Timisoara and its employees, a certificate issued by the Human Resources Department for exemption from the registration fee;
- certificate of linguistic competence in a widespread international foreign language.
NOTES:
- All the documents delivered in other languages then Romanian should be provided together with their legally certified copies and translations.
